Returns & Refunds

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy allows you to return any unused items within 14 days after delivery. After your order has been received by our warehouse, the acceptance of the returns will be subject to a quality inspection. Items will only be eligible to be accepted as returns, when they are unused, unwashed, with all BRANIE THE LABEL labels attached and in the original packing.

To send your item back, please visit our Return Portal and start your return by providing the order number and your e-mail address to receive further instructions. Please note that return costs are not covered by BRANIE THE LABEL.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please reach out to us immediately and provide a photo. Once it has been found faulty or damaged we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange. Any return costs involving faulty or damaged goods are covered by BRANIE THE LABEL.

REFUND

Refunds will be issued by use of the same method and/or account of payment. It will take approximately 7-10 business days from the day your return has been received and approved, to process your refund.
